Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of outsourcing operations. You will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, managing workflows, and fostering effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and address client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operational activities.
  • Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations coordination, project management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is preferred but not required.
