Job Description

The services are provided through three independent business units, which are served by our internal Banking-as-a-Service Growth Platform. Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Consolidation Manager to oversee our company’s financial reporting and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with a specific focus on consolidation. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and possess a strong track record in consolidating financial statements for at least 15 legal entities, ideally in the banking sector.

Key accountabilities:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly consolidated financial numbers.
  • Control the quality of data provided by consolidated legal entities, with an emphasis on intercompany reconciliations and completeness of data.
  • Prepare comprehensive consolidated financial statements, including notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Audit, or a related field.
  • Preferred certification: ACCA, CPA or similar.
  • Previous exposure to work with Big4.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a specific focus on consolidation.
  • Strong understanding of financial audits in the banking sector and IFRS requirements.
  • Several years of experience in consolidating the group of at least 15 legal entities.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize within predefined deadlines.
