The Software License Management Office is responsible for managing and monitoring the software licenses of various public sector entities. Besides the administrative duties related to software licensing management, such as reporting, auditing and compliance. We provide 2nd line support on Microsoft 365 Services, and other specialised areas such as digital certificates and management of domain names. Ensuring registrations and configurations, contributing to our digital ecosystem’s stability.

Eligibility requirements
One of the following qualifications and / or experience both in an ICT area:

  • A qualification at MQF level 5 or higher; Or
  • A qualification in a related area (MQF level 4) and 1 year experience in an ICT area; Or
  • 2 years experience in an ICT area.

Candidates may be offered the position as an associate level – career level 2; or career level 3; or career level 4, depending on competency level.

Fresh graduates may be offered an employment opportunity subject to the provision of final results. Training will be provided.
