Job Description
Chemplus Ltd is a leading import and distribution company of raw materials, representing several renowned multinationals and supplying a diverse customer base of the manufacturing industry in Malta and overseas. Due to expansion, the company is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join the team.
The selected candidate will be liaising with suppliers and customers to coordinate the importation, warehousing, and distribution of raw materials.
Key duties:
- Order products from international suppliers
- Coordinate incoming goods shipments with freight forwarders
- Coordinate delivery of goods to local and overseas customers
- Monitor incoming and outgoing trends to maintain adequate stock levels
- Prepare delivery instructions accompanying the delivery of goods to customers
- Ensure proper internal communication and documentation
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least one year of experience in a similar role
- Possess a minimum A’ level standard of education
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Possess excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Maltese languages
