You will be assisting customers in making the right choices when purchasing our products and services. You will also be dealing with customer inquiries and bill payments.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Offer guidance on telecom products, services, and promotions.
- Process customer transactions, including payments and account activations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach at all times.
Job requirements
- Strong background in customer service, with a passion for helping others.
- Sales experience is a plus; ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
