The platform works under the strict regulation of the following authority and license, Class 4 Virtual Financial Assets License from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).

The Role
We are currently looking for a proactive hands-on individual who will be able to join our growing team as Senior Legal Counsel.

Senior Legal Counsel Responsibilities include

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including user agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Manage legal disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
  • Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and potential patents.
  • Review marketing materials and promotional campaigns to ensure they comply with advertising regulations and avoid misleading statements.

Requirements

  • Law graduate with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience, knowledge, or exposure in areas within the web3 and crypto industries.
  • Can work autonomously and possess good time management.
  • Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Fluency in the English language.
