Job Description

Hyperion Aviation is a premium aircraft management and charter company specialising in bespoke asset management on the operation of private aircraft on a commercial basis. Our fleet currently stands at 25 aircraft from five different manufacturers.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT specialist to join our team, who is capable of interacting with different cultural environments and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

Competencies and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT Administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with 3CX systems administration is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the Aviation field and knowledge of EASA regulations will be considered an asset.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
  • EU passport holder (or the right to live and work in Europe).

Tasks and Specialities:

  • Evaluate and facilitate the procurement of new equipment to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of company assets, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Monitor and update network and infrastructure components in collaboration with the Information Systems department.
  • Coordinate with the IT external support providers for the management of 3CX systems Proficient in MS Office.
  • Process approvals for IT-related matters.
  • Oversee software license procurement, distribution, and compliance.
  • Configure and deploy new laptops for employees, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT support to establish and manage SharePoint sites and access rights.
  • Work closely with company employees in supporting the day-to-day IT requirements.
