Job Description
We are seeking for a passionate and knowledgeable Wellness Coach to join our Holland & Barrett team. This role combines responsibilities within our Wellness Hub and store. The candidate will play a role in promoting health and well-being whilst assisting customers with their product needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 15-minute free consultations for customers after the use of our biometric machine, providing product recommendations for wellness products.
- Manage bookings for the practitioners’ appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Act as a first point of contact for practitioners and facilitate smooth communication between customers and practitioners.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the wellness hub.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge to recommend suitable health and wellness products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Qualifications:
- Certification or training in wellness coaching, nutrition, or related areas.
- Candidates should preferably have a good background and knowledge in the health and wellbeing industry.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in the retail or wellness field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for health and wellness products and willingness to expand knowledge in the field.
