Job Description

Hilton Malta is recruiting for a Stewarding Manager on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all hotel stewarding operations, supporting the Culinary team and the Food and Drinks Operations team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in our operations.

We are looking for an individual with the following attributes

  • Able to manage inventory and equipment to coordinate cleaning schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills, kitchenware maintenance knowledge, inventories and breakage reports experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, the selected candidate will also need to be;

  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable using MS Office.
  • Ready to work on weekends and / or evening shits.
  • Knowledge of stewarding chemicals and equipment is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
  • Will be able to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within our kitchen operations.
  • Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or related roles.
