Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy and execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Marketing strategy and execution:
    • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and services.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials and activities.
  • Brand management:
    • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and sales materials.
    • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
  • Customer relationship management:
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.


  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of vehicle telematics and electronics.
  • Must be organized and methodical in all work performed.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English languages.
  • Must have a valid driving license with a clean record.

Full training will be provided however experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
