Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Logistics and Internal Wholesale team for immediate employment. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the LIW Section Manager in overseeing the distribution process.
- Supervise delivery personnel using the Company’s tracking system.
- Manage collections from clients and distribution staff.
- Generate, process, and finalize distribution-related reports.
- Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries.
- Drive motivation within the warehouse and distribution teams.
- Handle pressure effectively and make decisive last-minute decisions when required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a high degree of precision and meticulousness.
- Works collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possesses intermediate proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience with Shireburn Software will be advantageous.
- Capable of performing under pressure and adapting to additional duties as needed by the Company.
