Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR Assistant who will be reporting to the HR Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting the HR Manager with the implementation of the department strategy
  • Monitor fixed-term contracts and liaise with management regarding extensions
  • Assisting the HR Manager with single work permits, medical examinations, fights, and other administrative duties
  • Assisting the HR Manager with recruitment, interviewing, and selection
  • Support the company with manpower planning / forecasting
  • Maintain and manage all personnel records keeping all up to date
  • Assist with the monitoring of vacation leave and sick leave
  • Provide administrative support to the team as may be needed daily
  • Perform other duties as may be required from time to time

  • Highly organized
  • Able to work under pressure, in a team, and on his / her initiative
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft Suite
  • High proficiency in English
  • Able to work in a performance-oriented environment
  • Able to respect deadlines and focus on delivering on time
  • Additional languages would be an advantage

Candidates need to be presently located in Malta.
