Xpress Logistics Ltd is a subsidiary of the Gollcher Group specialising in the international express delivery of documents and small e-commerce parcels through it’s affiliation with SkyNet Worldwide Express. We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our Customer Care and Documentation team.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate services
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services available for customers
- Answering customer queries by phone / email
- Communicate with potential clients to sell our services
- Preparation and processing of shipping and customs documentation for both import and export shipments
Requirements
- Minimum O’level standard of education
- Computer literacy, preferably including ECDL
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the team
- Fluency in English is a must
- Currently based in Malta
