Gobnb is a property management company based in Malta and specialises in both the short and long-let market.
We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Issue, record and post invoices
- Reconciliation of sales
- Paying of bills
- Communicate with other team members to ensure that invoices / expenses are processed through the system in a timely manner
- Tracking customer’s payments
- General administrative and accounting duties
- Other ad-hoc reporting as it may be required
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of an O’ level standard of education
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Qualities and skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Good eye for detail and organised
- Able to work alone and on own initiative
- Capable of achieving results as part of a team
