An opportunity has arisen for interested candidates to join General Maintenance Ltd. as an Accounts Executive. Based in Malta and reporting to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
The successful candidate should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Valid driving license
