Due to further expansion, the following career opportunity has now arisen: Service Advisor.
The Service Advisor will actively contribute to the achievement of the department’s objectives by acting as a bridge between the department and the end customer while ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency and workshop loading.
The selected candidate is expected to:
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have very good command of the Maltese and English language
- Have a clean driving license
- Be able to work to high standards of customer care and satisfaction under minimum supervision
- Have a good mechanical background and understanding of the automotive sector
- Be an effective team player and enjoy working with people
Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Automotive industry will be considered an asset.
