What will you do?
As a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Management and financial reporting: Support the preparation of quarterly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements, contributing to robust financial reporting processes.
- Investment office: Take ownership of performance reporting systems, maintain records for alternative investments, and provide insightful performance analysis. Develop investment dashboards, facilitate investment portfolio benchmarking, and act as a liaison between investment managers, custodians, and banks.
What is your background? - CPA / ACCA qualified: you hold professional qualifications and certifications, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- Financial and investment knowledge: You have a minimum 4 years of professional experience in financial matters (management accounting, statutory audit, preparation of financial statements) and a thorough understanding (practical or theoretical) and interest in capital investment (exposure to investment performance / analysis, understanding of asset classes, portfolios) that you gained from a multinational / multidisciplinary firm within the asset/investment/capital management clusters (whether industry side or service side, for example, BIG 4.)
- Clear communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of seniority, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Research acumen: Demonstrate your ability to research, summarize, and present complex information in a structured and concise manner.
- Language fluency: Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in French considered an advantage.
Salary: Subject to experience, skills and qualifications, averaging €50,000 / annual / gross mark + benefits (health and life insurance, discretionary bonus, pension contribution, parking.)
Full–time, indefinite role, office-based.
