Doric Studio and its landscaping branch Living Walls are seeking to engage a Draughtsperson / Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept schemes, detailed designs, bills of quantity and tender packages;
- Compile technical documents, project reports and visual presentations;
- Liaise with construction professionals, managing construction issues and budget negotiation;
- Organise Project Meetings with clients, contractors and other professionals;
- Site supervision and Project Management;
- Measure works and issue certificates for payments;
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification in Draughtsmanship / Quantity Surveying or a related field;
- 1+ years of working experience;
- Proficient in ACAD applications and Microsoft Office;
- Self-motivated and hard-working;
- Driving licence.
