Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support: Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and front office duties.
  • Communication: Handle internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and coordination with different departments.
  • Support for Sales and Business Development: Assist in pre-sales activities, lead generation, and coordination of sales-related tasks. This may involve CRM management, setting up meetings, and contributing to the sales handover process.
  • Marketing support and events coordination: Collaborate and coordinate events, webinars, mailshots, and media presence. Update and manage the company website and assist in social media management.
  • Reporting: Generate reports related to sales pipelines, partner management, and other business metrics.
  • Client meetings support: Assist in setting up client account management meetings, including participation and follow-up.
  • Support function assistance: Assist in maintaining support requests management including recording, and internal and external liaison.
  • General office duties: Oversee day-to-day office management, handle personnel-related matters (excluding payroll / leave management), and address general administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • A professional demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
