How you will make an impact
Our Business and Intelligence team is looking for a junior data analyst to help support with activities surrounding our growth initiatives. The primary function of this role is to support with a variety of projects within the business development function. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team with a varied workload that provides the chance to develop your skills and network.
The BI team are an integral group and provides a bespoke, specialised service which requires us to go above and beyond and to be prepared for a variety of queries, challenges and opportunities. Be prepared to tap into your analytical, problem-solving mind and don’t be afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo. Confident in supporting our partner group through a multi-channel functionality – you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by:
- Be the day-to-day facilitator and contact to develop and enhance our CRM platform.
- Support our project managers with the delivery of analytical projects.
- Support our Business and industry growth leaders by turning insights from our data platform into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the design and build of automated reports and dashboards over a range of platforms.
- Play a proactive role within the growth team and liaise with our global teams to disseminate and educate internal and external clients on our initiatives and projects.

Essentials
- A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years work experience within a data analyst / visualisation role.
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload, manage time efficiently and can effectively multitask.
- Good, effective customer service and communication skills.
- A critical thinker.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail.
- Building effective relationships across the wider teams.
Desirables
- Data analysis skills for reporting.
- Experience with sales force.
- Experience using Tableau.
- Proactively looks for opportunities and is able to put forward effective, relevant business solutions.
