The group is distinguished and well established in the hospitality sector with its own branded db Seabank Resort and db San Antonio Hotel and within the leisure sector with its own branded Pearl Spa, Hardrock, and Starbucks development license and outlets, as well as its variety of established restaurants offering various cuisines, including Aki, Amami, Nine Lives, Blu Beach, Westreme, Loa and Sonora.

We are currently looking for a Front Office Agent to join our team at db San Antonio Hotel + Spa.

About the job
The Front Office Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out guests at the hotel.
Manage online, telephone and in-person room reservations.
Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly manner.
Promote all hotel sales and in-house facilities.
Provide a good filing system and accurate end-of-shift handover.
Organize desk and front office reception area.
Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
Report any maintenance, breakage, or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager.
To administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner.

Requirements
Previous experience working as a Receptionist in a hotel / busy environment considered to be advantageous.
Verbal and written communication skills in English and any other European language, preferably German, French or Polish.
Good time management.

About you
Willing to work on a shift basis in a hotel environment.
Conforms with hotel grooming standards.
Must be self-motivated.
