We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team.
The Job
Apart from the day-to-day work, the Financial Controller will be reporting directly to the CFO and s/he will be preparing monthly management statements in a timely manner to allow the review of the company’s financial performance. Actively leading the preparation of the yearly budget and regular forecasts together with other department Managers and the CFO. Preparing of cash flows, VAT returns, and financial information relative to upcoming and existing projects or business opportunities. Acting as the first line of contact of the external auditors to ensure a prompt and accurate preparation of the statutory audit. Ensuring the timely monitoring of debtors, credit control and effective reporting to the Group CFO and senior management as required. S/he will support the accounts staff with daily monitoring of cash settlements and accounts receivables and motivate and lead the members of the finance team on a daily basis.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Proven work experience in a similar position
ACCA qualification or equivalent
