Job Description
Corinthia Caterers Ltd is a leading company within the catering industry offering clients a premium catering experience. Due to the current organic growth, we are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician in its Maintenance department.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electro / mechanical issues in kitchen equipment (such as ovens, cookers, fryers, pasta boilers, grills, dishwashers and more).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues in refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Valid driving licence.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have relevant qualifications in Refrigeration / Electrical / Mechanical.
- Must be confident, self-driven and work on own initiative.
