Job Description

Continental Cars Ltd specialises in Automotive and has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant to the Aftersales, Training and Quality Manager join our dynamic team.

The Assistant to the Aftersales, Training and Quality Manager will be responsible for aiding the Manager in the running of the different departments. The role will be involved in the different departments and will have the potential to grow in any of the departments. The role is mainly administrative.

Tasks

  • Assist with the upkeep of departments’ documentation.
  • Compile reports on the performance of the different departments.
  • Perform internal follow-ups on training and quality topics.
  • Assist with the coordination of training events and auditing, including preparation of any documentation needed.
  • Assist with the implementation of new projects / systems.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate should

  • Be diligent, with an eye for detail.
  • Be able to work on own initiative.
  • Have good time management skills.
  • Be organised.

Qualifications and experience

  • O’ level certificates.
  • Good computer skills, ideally proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to communicate in Maltese and English.
