Our mission is to provide an unforgettable dining experience to our guests, and we are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our standards of excellence.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff. ensuring high standards of food and service quality and creating a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained.
- Aid in recruitment, training and supervise restaurant staff.
- Manage staff schedules and handle any HR-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Issuing bills and handling payment accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Maltase residency or a valid work permit is required.
