We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender with a specialization in cocktails to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting creative and delicious cocktails, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall ambiance of our venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Develop new and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance our menu.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong focus on cocktails.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and ingredients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creativity and a passion for crafting unique drinks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Maltese residency or valid work permit required.
