Barracuda Roof Top is the newest lounge bar in town, located in the vibrant heart of Malta, renowned for its exceptional location, lively atmosphere, and top-notch service. We strive to provide our patrons with an unforgettable experience, making every visit special and enjoyable.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our Bar team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring outstanding customer service, and driving sales through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently maintained.
- Aid in recruitment, training, and manage bar staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Create and update bar menus, focusing on unique and high-quality beverages.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Organize and promote events to attract new and returning customers.
- Handling payments accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in bar management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Maltese residency or a valid work permit is required.
