Named affiliate of the Year 2021 and 2023, we are a leading digital marketing agency operating across the globe in over 20 countries and spanning 5 continents that develops and grows affiliate brands and specializes in the delivery of high-value traffic targeted for specific markets is looking for a Finance executive.
The role
Responsible of general accounting duties for multiple group entities including posting of supplier invoices, posting of bank transactions and reconciliations. Assisting senior members of the Finance team with the monthly reporting and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post-purchase invoices accurately.
- Assist with accounts payables including follow-up of the approval process.
- Prepare and post bank transactions including bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparations of quarterly VAT returns.
- Assist in the monthly closing process.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Qualifications and skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel will be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
