Your challenge
- Resolve general customer queries via email, live chat, phone and any other additional channel as may be required.
- Review and process customer complaints.
- Helping customers to verify their accounts with our KYC (know-your-customer) procedures.
- Communicate with the 2nd Line Support team to solve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.
Your profile
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- You are customer oriented and have a solution-oriented work approach.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- A keen interest in sports and igaming.
- Customer service experience is considered a plus.
- This role is on a shift basis. (5 days a week, 40 hours per week). Shifts can range from Monday to Sunday, morning to night.
