Your challenge

  • Resolve general customer queries via email, live chat, phone and any other additional channel as may be required.
  • Review and process customer complaints.
  • Helping customers to verify their accounts with our KYC (know-your-customer) procedures.
  • Communicate with the 2nd Line Support team to solve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.

Your profile

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • You are customer oriented and have a solution-oriented work approach.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • A keen interest in sports and igaming.
  • Customer service experience is considered a plus.
  • This role is on a shift basis. (5 days a week, 40 hours per week). Shifts can range from Monday to Sunday, morning to night.
