The Job
Our team is growing and we’re currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Associate.

If you’re interested in customer care and would like to work within a dynamic team and a family feel environment, then Atlas is ideal for you.

Whilst customer experience helps, Atlas provides full on the job training and your expertise will eventually be needed for a career in the insurance industry. Training sponsorships are also offered to work towards getting certified if that is what you’d like.

In this position, you will be required to consistently offer excellent customer support to existing and new clients. You will also be required to manage the customer journey over the phone or in person, taking appropriate actions to resolve or refer requests. You will also be responsible for other administrative duties such as dispatch of client documentation as required.

About You
You must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, have an eye for detail and an ability to relate well to people. Excellent communication and listening skills are important and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing and who is able to work under pressure. Being flexible and having an agile approach to our work culture is also essential.

  • An advanced level of education.
