Job Description
AP – Aeronautical Professionals Malta Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join their Training department as a Technical Ground Instructor B1/B2 and Manual Author on part time / full time basis. This role is based in Luqa, Malta, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a thorough personality and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and deliver training programs in accordance with company requirements, both internally and externally, including online delivery as needed.
- Conduct theoretical and practical courses for aircraft maintenance staff and aviation specialists following EASA Part 147 / 66 rules and regulations.
- Define and update course-specific documentation, exams, and assessments.
- Produce, implement, and update technical instruction documentation and instructor handouts.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the training organization.
Requirements:
- EASA license as Aircraft Technician B1 / B2 or equivalent.
- Experience as an Aircraft Technician and/or Technical Instructor.
- Strong instructional abilities paired with pedagogical and didactical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with international business etiquette.
- Willingness to travel internationally for training courses.
- Type experience on business jets such as Bombardier Global and Challenger, Learjet, and Cessna preferred; experience on other aircraft beneficial.
- Unrestricted work permit in Europe.
- Valid European driver’s license.
