Duties and responsibilities
The responsibilities attributed to the role, include but are not limited to:

  • Providing support in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, agreements and internal policies.
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory documents for the incorporation of new entities.
  • Supporting in the preparation of statutory documents for transferring shares between existing shareholders or new investors.
  • Being involved in the filing of statutory documents to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Providing assistance identifying legal risks and providing recommendations to mitigate risks, including implementing policies and procedures to enhance legal compliance and risk management.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of legal developments, trends, and best practices in corporate law and other relevant areas of law through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Assisting with issues relating to Immigration Law and Compliance procedures and requirements.
  • Liaising with clients, professional advisors and regulatory bodies.
  • Assisting clients in company incorporation and maintenance, company structuring and restructuring.
  • Conducting legal research on various points of law and providing consolidated legal opinions on queries.

Experience, knowledge and skills

  • A minimum of two years of experience working in corporate law, international taxation, or international business is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; other languages are considered an asset.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to perform diligently under pressure.

Education

  • Fully qualified with a degree in Law.

Working time

  • Monday through Friday, starting time from 09:00 till 17:30, 40 hours per week with 30 minutes break daily.
