Abertax Quality Ltd., a leading Maltese company in battery accessory innovation for over 25 years, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and global excellence drives our success in the battery and energy markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design and development of electronic products from concept to production.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge techniques in electronics, firmware, and software design to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.
- Provide engineering expertise to support electronics production.
- Assist in the procurement and maintenance of advanced R&D laboratory and test equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD systems for schematic and PCB design Experience with firmware / embedded programming using microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of software programming.
- Familiarity with developing test jigs for end-of-line and performance testing.
