The 1926 Collection will be launching a new, elegant establishment offering a fine-dining experience to our esteemed guests and patrons.
The role of the Food and Beverage Server is to work alongside all restaurant staff to ensure excellent service towards our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues
- Preparing mise en place for the assigned food and beverage outlet
- Ensuring that the assigned station is clean, well-maintained and appropriately stocked
- Anticipating the needs of guests, and responding in a proactive manner
- Complying with food safety and hygiene, health and safety and quality standards as outlined by the Management team
- Ensuring that materials and equipment supplied are utilised properly
