Smart Office Supplies Ltd is looking to recruit a Maltese-speaking Field Sales Representative on a full-time basis.
The selected candidate needs to physically go out into the field to meet prospective customers and be able to work autonomously outside of a formal office or shop setting.
The Company boasts a vast range of products related to office supplies and stationery that are directly imported and distributed.
Requirements:
- The selected candidate needs to be a highly motivated individual who has the passion and energy to advance sales and promote the Company’s products.
- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative is a must.
- Previous practice in office supplies and stationery would be a big plus.
- Effective communication skills. Be an excellent communicator verbally and in writing in both Maltese and English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- A clean driving license and police conduct.
- Candidates must be Maltese-speaking.
Responsibilities:
- Sales are to be done by visiting clients, not from the company’s offices.
- Producing flyers or other marketing material for new products and offers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain a positive relationship with all existing accounts.
- Follow up on quotations within a maximum of 48 hrs, and any failure to do so is to be reported to the Directors.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including collection of payment if necessary.

- Working hours from Monday to Friday 6:30am till 3pm.
