The Phoenicia has now re opened as a Campbell GRAY Hotel and a member of ‘The Leading Hotels of the World’.

An excellent opportunity exists for an ambitious and committed professional to join The Phoenicia human resources team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in delivering seamless payroll administration consistent with The Phoenicia and CampbellGray Hotels policies. To ensure that all payroll related issues are being dealt with in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hotel’s policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership and manages the Shireburn Payroll system and the AIS attendance system.
  • Ensures the compilation of employees’ documents such as NI, Tax, Bank letters and ID applications for foreign recruits. 
  • Handles employees’ engagements and terminations through Jobs+.
  • Communicate payroll related information with HODs on a regular basis.
  • Handles the sick leave process by obtaining information from front office and liaise with the Company doctor accordingly.
  • Assists employees with queries on their wages., and acting as a point of contact to employees for daily queries.

  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • A sound knowledge of local employment laws and procedures.
  • Working experience of Shireburn Payroll System.
  • Proficiency in Windows Office applications mainly Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
