We are a young Maltese technology company with a unique product. We are looking for a well-motivated, flexible and bright individual to join our international team as a Support Technician

Scope of position:

  • To support customers, our sales force and marketing activities.

Skills:

  • Strong technical, analytical and customer care skills.

Duties:

  • Installation of the Panobluâ„¢ system on super yachts
  • Management of the installation cycle, when installation is done by partners
  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation
  • Direct support of customers
  • Support of partners
  • Supports of system integrators
  • Creating quotations for systems

Pre-Requisites:

  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Technical education, degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of computers
  • Feel for design, able to create simple marketing support materials
  • Current with modern technology, willing to learn and study

Plus Points:

  • Super yacht experience
  • 3D design

This is a full-time position, attractive salary depending on assessment of candidate.
