We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Supply Chain Administrator, to join our existing team. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Coordinator.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and present sales and purchases end of month reports.
- Issue budget and forecast analysis reports.
- Liaise with sales persons on a continuous basis.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Process stock movements and other reports.
- Carry out data entry.
- Liaise with Freight Forwarders and local cargo handling agents.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent Interpersonal competences and presentation skills.
- Be highly organised and efficient.
- Be proficient, possess smart appearance and of good conduct.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Possess the ability to perform well under pressure and without supervision.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Be capable of multi-tasking.
- Be fluent in both written and oral Maltese and English.
- Be computer literate and in possession of ECDL qualifications.
Candidates with 2 years experience in a similar role shall be given preference.
