Job Description

Truevo Payments Ltd is a financial institution licensed by the MFSA and is a principal member of Visa and MasterCard. Truevo offers a range of payment services (acquiring) across multiple channels.

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, excel in managing complex projects and is proficient in encouraging collaborative working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client onboarding and merchant services functions
  • Spearhead automation initiatives and new projects related to client onboarding functions
  • Continuously improve processes based on internal and external client feedback
  • Coordinate the merchant onboarding function to ensure efficient turnaround times within merchant onboarding and setup
  • Analysing existing and potential bottlenecks within set out procedures and processes to proactively solve and continuously improve
  • Working closely with the sales and client relations departments to keep abreast of incoming leads, pending applications and any operational related requirements
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the risk department to stay up-to-date with policies, understand the bank global KYC / AML standards, local laws and regulations and implement related control processes in daily tasks
  • Organise, coordinate and present critical data and information to key stakeholders on merchant onboarding process
  • Working in a changing environment where responsibilities and duties may change
  • Continuously learning and improving on product and job knowledge
  • Mentor and promote growth with individual team members

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role in the payment space
  • A levels or a diploma are highly preferable
  • A keen interest to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a team player mentality
  • Capability to think out of the box
