Michael Debono Limited is seeking to recruit a Service Advisor to further strengthen its aftersales team within the commercial business.
Michael Debono Limited forms part of Debono Group, a long established multifaceted group of companies whose primary aim is to achieve business growth through innovation. Debono Group is also well renowned in the market for Storage Systems Limited, a one-stop shop for shelving and storage solutions in Malta and internationally.
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Service Advisor will be responsible for booking works to technicians’ full utilisation to ensure maximum efficiency in supporting our growing customer base. S/he will be in contact with customers face to face and/or through digital and telephony channels to effect pre-calls and provide explanations on the repairs works carried out on the vehicles/equipment following an in-depth technical explanation from our technical team. The Service Advisor will be held responsible for working out estimates to clients for repair or maintenance works, collecting payments and reconciling as well as acting as the key point of point between relevant departments to ensure works are carried out in a timely, professional manner meeting client requirements and company standards.
The selected candidate shall possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the B2B sector, effective communication and reporting skills. The appointed individual will be customer oriented and IT proficient.
The Service Advisor will be required to work on full-time, permanent basis.
