Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, meticulous and responsible team player with strong leadership skills to join a dynamic and challenging industry at our Qawra properties – Seashells Resort at Suncrest.

This role requires a person with an outgoing personality, who is capable of taking initiative, has leadership skills, good communication skills and must show dedication towards the job.

The selected candidate is also responsible of putting guest care as a priority, with every effort should be made to meet guests’ needs with all comments / complaints being actioned to a high degree of efficiency.

The potential candidate will ideally possess the following skills and qualities : 

  • A good standard of education
  • Fluency in English and another European language
  • Be computer literate
  • Has experience working on the Opera Hotel system or similar
  • Has a minimum of 5 years working experience in a front of house environment
  • Able to take decisions and lead a team of subordinates
  • Motivate the team and get the best out of each individual

The suitable person needs to be self-motivated, efficient and confident in giving orders and controlling, monitoring.
