Job Description

Our client, a renowned Company operating within the tourism sector, is currently seeking to recruit a Student Services Manager.

The selected applicant will be managing the relationship with customers by communicating with agents, clients and local suppliers to plan, prepare and coordinate the day-to-day activities. S/he will be assisting customers with their needs while delivering excellent customer service throughout. In addition, the chosen applicant will be leading the rest of the team to achieve high levels of performance whilst also handling related day to day administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written English; and,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

The chosen applicant will have a customer oriented approach. S/he will have good organisational skills whilst also able to work under pressure. The role also requires an individual who is dynamic, willing to learn and willing to expand his/her horizons and is knowledgeable of Maltese history and culture.
