Job Description

Our client, a leading Company operating within the tourism sector, is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Relations Executive to join their dynamic team.

The selected applicant will be managing customer relations by communicating with agents, clients and local suppliers whilst also handling related day to day administrative duties. The role requires an individual who is used to working in an environment where excellence is expected.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proven previous experience in a similar position;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; and
  • A strong awareness of Maltese culture and history

The chosen applicant needs to have a strong customer oriented approach and good organisational skills whilst also able to work under pressure.
