The Company is currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the production team in a fast growing environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- The preparation of a wide variety of cakes and pastries under the supervision of the Head Pastry Chef;
- Operating all equipment and machinery;
- Decorating cakes and pastries according to the company’s procedures;
- Ensuring that proper HACCP practices are adhered to;
- Being a team player and able to work under pressure.
Working hours are usually in the morning, except for occasional outside functions. Previous experience in this field would be considered an asset.
