Maypole is a family run group of businesses operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products and is seeking to recruit the services of a full-time Customer Care representative / Receptionist
The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day administration duties including the handling of all internal / external calls;
- Customer follow-ups and any daily bookings;
- Achieving and maintaining an extensive knowledge of our products and the skills to sell;
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Registering and follow up complaints.
The successful applicant must:
- Be trustworthy, polite and organised;
- Pay attention to detail and ensure efficiency;
- Be able to work on a roster basis from Monday to Sunday;
- Be computer literate and proficient especially in MS Office application;
- Have great energy, charisma and a positive mind-set.
