A Business Development Manager position is currently available with a leading KYC and AML provider about to launch a world first Blockchain solution in Malta.
A leading local Group that services a global portfolio of clients is looking to hire a solutions driven KYC and AML Business Development Manager who will lead the Group’s Sales team. This role is not a check list routine type of role and therefore the Group is looking for a business development leader within this space who possesses excellent client management skills and is a creative thinker.
- Working closely with the CEO
- Working with international clients
- Identifying new client opportunities
- Securing new business relationships and extending existing relationships for the Group’s products and services
- Managing the Groups’s marketing content with alongside the marketing team
- Responsible for the interaction with the portfolio of clients and guiding them through various services offering and proposals
Education & Experience
- Be in possession of a degree or equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in business development, preferably within the KYC/AML space
- Previous experience within the financial services / blockchain industry will be considered an asset
- Be computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages will be considered an asset.
- Excellent intrapersonal skills
- Comfortable with delivering presentations and representing the Group at various events.
- Willing to travel to occasional overseas events
