Job Description

Throughout the years the Company has partnered up with some of the world’s most renowned luxury brands in fine jewellery, exclusive time pieces and fashion jewellery.

We are currently looking for a Merchandiser & Administrator to work in our travel sector, the person we are looking for must be a highly motivated individual who is meticulous and organised.

Duties involve:

  • Generating reports and carrying out analyses
  • Being responsible for all communication with suppliers
  • Being responsible for internal communication with the various outlets within the Group
  • Carries out orders of fine jewellery and luxury watches following approval
  • Assisting in stock management and distribution
  • Following up purchasing and marketing budgets
  • Organising existing contracts and scrutinising new and recurrent ones

Requirements

  • Applicants would have minimum of advanced level qualification and at least two years of work experience in a related field
  • Be organised and meticulous
  • Be able to communicate verbally and written in English and preferably also Italian

Is proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
