Coffee Shop Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the coffee shop staff, manage inventory, ensure high-quality service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Responsibilities include training and supporting waiting staff, supervising baristas, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing stock levels, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Maltese being an advantage. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for coffee culture, we would love to meet you!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a coffee shop or café


• Experience training and supporting staff


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to lead and motivate a team


• Fluency in English (Maltese is a plus)


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
