Job Description

As part of this role, the chosen applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support;
  • Answering all phone calls and queries by both email and phone;
  • Providing excellent and consistent customer service when assisting customers with their request / queries;
  • Scheduling bookings;
  • Managing administration of accounts payables and receivables;
  • Following up on unpaid invoices;
  • Typing, entering data and filing;
  • Assisting the HR manager;
  • Ordering supplies;
  • Coordinating the tow trucks to assist MET customers;
  • Liaising with tow truck drivers;
  • Updating members’ database;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Taking care of employees with a timely and accurate manner;
  • Able to work on own initiative.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years experience of working in an office environment whilst also possessing an ECDL qualification. Additionally, the applicant should also have an accountancy background whilst having a qualification in secretarial and management course. This role is being offered on a full time basis.
