Job Description

Our client is seeking for an IT Technical Support Officer. Our client is the leading financial services company based in Malta.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration on Windows Server and Office 365 Environments;
  • Network, Security and Wi-Fi administration;
  • Setting up of IP phones via a central PABX system;
  • Troubleshooting system and network issues in a timely manner;
  • Purchasing, setting up and maintaining hardware;
  • Installing and maintain systems and software;
  • Troubleshooting systems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults;
  • Talking users through a series of actions to set up systems or resolve issues;
  • Providing support following procedural documentation;
  • Proactive maintenance and Incident reporting on the IT Infrastructure;
  • Web domain management and hosting;
  • SQL database administration;
  • Creating and maintaining procedural documentation.
